Privacy notice
We collect very little. This page explains what, why, who else handles it and how to exercise your rights.

1. Who is responsible
The data controller is PixelMantis Media, a sole trader based in Dublin, Ireland, trading as MoxiMind Press and publishing Beyond 72 Hours. You can reach us at privacy@moximindpress.com.
We sell to readers in Ireland and the UK, so we follow both the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, together with the Irish Data Protection Act 2018, the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the ePrivacy rules on cookies.
2. What we collect and why

We do not ask for special category data (such as health information), and the guide works without you giving us any. Please do not include it in emails to us.
3. Cookies and analytics
We do not set advertising, social media or analytics cookies, and the site does not load third-party scripts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set or read strictly necessary technical data to keep the site secure and working. Strictly necessary items do not need consent.
We may add privacy-friendly analytics in future. If we do, we will update this page first, describe exactly what is measured and ask for your consent before placing any cookie or similar technology that is not strictly necessary.
4. Who else handles your data
We use these providers. Each acts for us as a processor unless stated otherwise.
- Hotmart sells the guide, takes payment and handles invoicing and payment fraud checks. For payment and purchase data, Hotmart is an independent controller and its own privacy policy applies. We receive the order details listed in section 2.
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website, stores the launch notification list in its database service and produces the technical logs described above.
- Forward Email routes mail sent to our addresses at moximindpress.com and sends the replies we write from those addresses.
- Google (Gmail) stores the mail we receive and send, including support and privacy requests.
We may also share data where the law requires it, for example with tax authorities, or to establish or defend a legal claim. We do not sell, rent or trade your data to third parties and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Transfers outside Ireland, the EEA and the UK
Some providers may process data outside the EEA and the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on safeguards recognised by law, such as an adequacy decision, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the UK Extension to it where the provider is certified, or standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for details at privacy@moximindpress.com.
6. How long we keep it
- Purchase and tax records: 6 years from the end of the financial year of the sale.
- Launch notification list: until we send the launch email, then deleted. If you ask us to remove you sooner, we do so straight away.
- Support, correction and privacy emails: up to 2 years after the matter is closed, then deleted.
- Server logs: kept for a short period by our host, then deleted or anonymised.
We may keep data longer where needed to defend a legal claim or where the law says so.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR and UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your data (access);
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data, where we have no legal reason to keep it;
- limit how we use it, or object to use based on our legitimate interests;
- give you your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it (this does not affect earlier use).
Email privacy@moximindpress.com. We may need to confirm who you are, and we will reply within one month. There is no fee unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive. For payment data held by Hotmart, contact Hotmart as well.
8. Complaints
We would like the chance to put things right first, but you can complain to the regulator at any time:
- Ireland: the Data Protection Commission.
- United Kingdom: the Information Commissioner's Office.
9. Children
The guide is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS with no third-party scripts. We limit access to our mail and order records to the people who need them. No system is perfectly secure; to report a vulnerability, email security@moximindpress.com.
11. Changes
We will update this page when what we do changes, for example when we add forms or analytics, and change the date at the top. For material changes affecting buyers we will also tell you by email where we can.
